Being at one with the universe is a platform in which your heart can flourish. Your focus of attention either allows that, or faces away from that. Knowing this, you can make large changes to your life by empowering yourself within focus.
During meditation the mind expands to inform you how to energise and relax even more. Finding life much easier to navigate and release ‘you’ from the behavioural pattens that have held you in limited perspective of your-self. Being at one with the universe and all the steps to achieve that awareness is a journey of mind that is stimulating and awe-inspiring. It provides you with the capacity to deal with every day life experiences that could have, in the past, brought you down, vibrationally speaking. Energetically, meditation lifts your spirits when focused in a directional way towards your greater and greater potential…Your heart leads and your experience follows.
What You Can Expect:
- A deep dive into meditation isn’t the answer for those that are new to the practice and so a gentle introductory session about focus of attention and what meditative practice is is beneficial to a new starter. Beyond that the focus of attention allows the meditative flow to be self driven with support and gentle encouragement from our experienced practitioners.
- A gentle and wonderfully relaxing mind experience which will allow you to focus more at work or during your daily life experience where distractions or otherwise engaging activities may lead you to delay what would help you most.
- A free discussion about your experiences that lead you to a busy mind experience and how to engage your mind more effectively with frequencies that aid and support your restful sleep and your inner resilience to everyday experiences.
Benefits to You:
- A happier, more peaceful life.
- A quieter mind with less susceptibility to frustrations and everyday ‘issues’ becoming overwhelming.
- An overarching approach to many different awareness levels opens up to the mind allowing enquiry of all challenges to be made from a higher level perspective and therefore allowing release through transformational change.
“When you do not have time to meditate for one hour a day, that is when you are best meditating for two hours per day“.
