You’ll be staying at the Seven For Life Thermal Spa Hotel in Kuşadası. With panoramic sea views, nourishing meals, and access to natural mineral-rich thermal waters, the hotel provides the perfect sanctuary.
From this restful base we journey to Ephesus and Priene, returning each day to relax in healing waters and enjoy the ease of a supportive group environment.

Who is facilitating ?
We are Andrea and Cath and for over twenty-five years we have been living and loving the adventure of exploring the mind and supporting others to do the same. We have had the most amazing experiences of connection, awakening and channelling and have been guided to share and facilitate these fun and inspirational experiences for others. We now have a team of people involved with our retreats and we are completely inspired by the Inner Divine! We are very excited to be able to offer this adventure to you now and encourage you to take this leap of faith into the inspired mind.

EPHESUS PREPARATIONS - ON-LINE GATHERING
Online Gathering – 14th September 2025, 6:30pm (GMT)
Join Divine Mind for a special online community gathering designed to prepare, inspire, and connect you with our retreats. Whether you have already booked, attended in the past, may do in the future, or simply wish to know more—you are warmly welcome.
This 90-minute session offers a relaxed introduction to our work and a chance to meet like-minded souls before travelling to Boroughbridge or Ephesus.
What to expect:
- Welcome & Meet-and-Greet – settle in and connect with fellow participants in a supportive space.
- Focused Preparation – receive practical insights and reflective guidance to help you step into the spirit of the retreats.
- Q&A Session – bring your questions about our upcoming gatherings, whether local or abroad, and receive personal guidance.
- Exploration Taster – enjoy a short, uplifting practice that gives a flavour of the creativity and presence woven into our retreats.

As part of our wider journey into timeless wisdom and embodied presence, Divine Mind invites you to a special day retreat at The Living Room, Boroughbridge. This gathering weaves together healing, creativity, and community, offering a taste of the inner discoveries we bring to our immersive retreats at Ephesus and Priene.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a variety of sessions designed to awaken body, mind, and spirit. Divine Mind will be holding three key experiences:
- Somatic Movement – Freeing Mind and Body
Begin your day with embodied awareness as we gently hand the body over to movement itself. This session invites you into deeper listening and presence, unlocking flow beyond control. - Re-Write Your Story
A reflective and empowering session where you are invited to step beyond limiting narratives. Using guided journaling and conscious creation practices, you’ll reshape the way you see yourself and your path ahead. - An Evening’s Adventure – Creative Eating & Soundscape
To close the day, join us for a playful, mindful exploration that blends food, sound, and community. Release inhibitions, savour the moment, and co-create a living soundscape that celebrates connection.
This event is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with your true self in a warm, supportive environment – whether you join for a single session or the full retreat day. It also offers a bridge between our UK-based gatherings and the deeper journeys we share at the sacred sites of Ephesus, where body, mind, and spirit remember their timeless connection to the universal mind.

SOUNDSCAPE SATURDAY
Saturday 01st November 2025 – THE LIVING ROOM, Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire
As part of our journey into timeless connection with nature and sound, Divine Mind is delighted to host a family-focused retreat day at The Living Room, Boroughbridge. This half-term adventure offers children, teens, and their parents an inspiring introduction to the art of soundscaping—blending rhythm, imagination, and the living voice of nature.
Together, we will create collective soundscapes through:
- Playful sound-making games and mindful listening moments
- Music inspired by the jungle and natural rhythms
- Creative use of natural objects – bring a stone, stick, or leaf, and discover the unique sound it can contribute
- Exploration outdoors – weather permitting, we may journey into the woods to gather natural instruments
This interactive event invites children and families to experience sound as a bridge between creativity and awareness. In the spirit of our Ephesus retreats, Soundscape Saturday opens a space where self-expression, community, and the natural world meet in harmony.
Sessions:
- Ages 6–11: 10am – 12pm
- Ages 12–16: 2pm – 4pm
